The fact that TMZ drop this story is laughable, as I can only imagine on their TV show, they will spend more time making “old balls jokes” rather than addressing the racism, because lets face it that Harvey Levin does skirt the line and seem real comfortable with some of his ignorant ass statements…
Here’s my opinion on the whole thing, short and sweet. I live in a America, the place is ripe with racism. The public denial of this is so laughable. I live in GA, Atlanta is cool, but south, east, west north of that, really questionable.

Not sure if he was wise or just profound or just strung a “true life” statement together. I’d rather a bitch ass ignorant white person call me a “nigger” to my face, with all the convictions of their co beliefs, than smile in it and say it behind my back. I’ve been called nigger twice in my life, once in Barbados, of all places, crazy right? It was on the beach at night while fishing, drunken British tourist comes out a bar and says
“Oui You facking monkey, you niggers are all over the place”
At first I thought to myself, ok you once “owned” the island, but you should have known the island was 95% Black before you boarded the plane. I won’t say what happened next…. Second time I was in London UK, Walthamstow, east London, in the market to be precise. An old pissy drunk comes out the “Off license” aka Liquor Store and again leads with you bloody monkey, then facking darkie nigger… being older and wiser, I chuckled and walked away. The bottom line, as long as another human is not touching me, when they attempt to disrespect me, that’s just words an their opinion. Acting irrational and beating the snot out of them, may just prove I am actually an overreacting nig.
Anyway straying from the point, the bottom line here is, this has happened before, not so much venomous words were spilled, but I seem to remember an episode when Lebron aka King James left the Cleveland cavaliers, the owner had some choice words which reminded me of a time when a slave would escape the plantation.
Now from reports it looks like the players will still fulfill their professional obligation to play the sport they have grown to love and pays them. How they feel on the inside is probably irrelevant, most are probably more worried about being sued on contract breaches than actually standing for anything race related. I saw a post on Facebook than summed not only this up nicely, but a broader problem here in America with black folks.
Joleata Tidwell-Howell The men will play tonight and Sterling will get paid. We will fuss about this for a few more days and go on with our lives. Calling us nigger (Paula Dean) killing our children (George Zimmerman) and treating us like slaves (Sterling) has not been of any consequence. Try that on ANY other group of people and see what happens. The cowards of the human race. SMH
