That man name Ludacris whooooooo!!! One small step for man, potential giant leap for mankind. In a week that has probably seen the reverse of this type of custody battle, with full custody going to mothers and fathers getting frozen out or ordered to pay extraordinarily high amounts of money in “child support“, it’s refreshing as all hell to see not only a man, but a brother finally get his just rewards.
Obviously as mere outside observers, no one truly knows the inner workings of what really happen behind the scenes, we can only speculate. I didn’t even realize this case was still ongoing, I figured the chic got her payday and luda just married that mine ass fine of his and kept it moving, wasn’t until I came across the news story over at whycauseican.com. To me asking for more than seven thousand a month in child support was just plain greedy. If this chic had any common sense, she could have just settled for what she was getting played nice and I’m sure she would have gotten more than just the court ordered amount.
Now this case seems to really have so much layers, one report I read was saying how this chic had the nerve to be on her boo hooing game stating Ludacris did not want the baby and tossed 10k her way to get a termination. Now was this man within his rights to ask for an abortion? Hmmmmm personally I don’t believe in abortion unless in extreme cases of rape incest or clear deformities, but I think a man should have some kind of say since it took two parties to put that bun in the oven. I am glad the judge was able to look past this silliness and recognize that Mr Bridges had decided to step up and do the right thing by his daughter and not be fooled by the manipulation techniques of yet another chic trying to have a “come up” using a living breathing ATM aka a human child.
The family court judge awarded both Ludacris and Tamika joint legal and physical custody but said Ludacris will be “the primary physical custodian.”
i guess what this ultimately means is Tamika will not be getting a check, awwwww po ting!! But once again this is just my opinion as a casual observer, I could be wrong, but I’ve seen way to many cases go against men with similar circumstances.
So bottom line here, fathers matter, lets see more fathers winning in these court battles.
