Simply put, one of the best damn shows on TV. I stumbled across this show, couple seasons ago, while looking for some show Common was meant to be starring in. Never did find that show. But after watching one scene with Bubba Blue aka Mykelti Williamson, I was hooked on this damn show.
I don’t know if it’s the fact that I grew up on westerns and this is the modern version of that, but it’s just a great show, well written, well acted, plot twist at every turn and most importantly killing, lots of killing, at least two per episode. What’s hilarious is one of the most loved characters of the show, is a racist piece of shit, but Boyd Crowder aka Walton Goggins is one of the most interesting characters, that has ever been on a TV series. This man delivers lines with the finest of a damn poet. As much jams as he finds himself in, it’s amazing he’s not dead. But there is no way they can kill him off the show. For all the crime families that have floated through this show, from big cities gangsters to Mexican cartels, they all die, even large percentages of his crew die, but Boyd rises to the top, like a fiber less, fat filled turd in toilet bowl water.

So much for the “Bad Guy“. Now Raylan aka Timothy Olyphant, this ice-cold muthatrucker, could quite possibly be on either side of the law and fit right in. The Marshall has no qualms about putting a bullet in anyone that crosses him, he also can deliver some cold ass lines. In the series finale, when he leaned in over that asshole, after sister shot him and said “told you, you’d wish I killed yah” maaaaaan that was some TV gold.

Any I just can’t wait for next season, considering it will be almost a year before it’s aired, I guess I have no choice but to impatiently wait, but considering how it ended with Eva, the love of Boyd’s life turning straight snitch, it will be interesting to see that Boyd will have to kill her, when she eventually confesses to him! (just my prediction)

Now I cannot end this piece without giving some love to that fine ass Godiva chocolate sista, Erica Tazel aka Deputy U.S. Marshal Rachel Brooks, not only fine, but she’s a take no shit character, not an angry black woman either, she’s just a firm pop a bullet in your ass, law woman. Probably will see even less of her character now with her promotion.
